Using this website
You may use this site to learn about 7th Plane Clothing, browse available apparel, request a custom Quote, review a Quote sent to you, approve or request changes, view an invoice, make an available payment, and follow Order updates. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use another customer's secure link without permission.
Quote Requests are not Orders
Submitting a Quote Request starts a conversation and does not create an Order or obligate either party to proceed. Product availability, decoration details, pricing, taxes, shipping, and timing are confirmed through an issued Quote.
Quotes, revisions, and approval
Each issued Quote Revision is a read-only snapshot of the commercial details presented at that time. A newer revision may replace an earlier revision for approval while preserving the earlier history. Your approval applies only to the exact current revision shown to you and creates an Order and invoice from that approved snapshot. Any validity date or project-specific term shown on the Quote is part of that Quote.
Artwork, proofs, and project details
You are responsible for providing accurate project information and for having the right to use artwork, names, logos, or other materials you submit. When a supplier proof is included with a Quote Revision, review it carefully. Requested changes require a new issued revision; they do not alter a revision that was already issued.
Payments
Available card and bank payments are processed by Square and its bank-verification partners. A bank payment may remain pending while it settles. A browser confirmation or redirect is not final proof of payment; the payment status shown in the Order experience is updated from the payment provider's confirmed result. 7th Plane Clothing does not store raw card or bank credentials.
Production and fulfillment
Approval and payment do not automatically send an Order to production. 7th Plane Clothing separately reviews the paid Order and explicitly releases it to a production partner. Production, shipment, tracking, and delivery updates are recorded as they become available. Project-specific timing and fulfillment details shown in an issued Quote or communicated for the Order control over general site descriptions.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds
The customer experience may offer cancellation before payment or production begins. Once payment processing or production has started, contact 7th Plane Clothing promptly. Any cancellation, change, credit, or refund terms stated in the applicable Quote, Order, or written agreement control; this page does not create an additional refund promise.
Website content
Catalog information is provided to help identify possible apparel options. Availability, specifications, colors, and supplier information may change and are confirmed during quoting. The 7th Plane Clothing name, site design, and original site content may not be copied or used in a misleading way.
