Information we collect
When you request a Quote or work with us, you may provide organization and contact information, project details, product preferences, quantities, timing, delivery details, messages, and artwork or other files. Our application also records the Quotes and revisions we issue, your questions or requested changes, approval decisions, Orders, invoice and payment status, production updates, shipment details, and related activity history.
Our hosting and security services may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request timing, and error or security logs.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to Quote Requests, prepare and revise Quotes, provide secure customer access, process approvals and Orders, request and confirm payments, coordinate production and shipping, send transactional updates, support customers, protect the service, and maintain accurate business and audit records.
Files and secure links
Customer artwork and supplier proofs are treated as private project materials. Uploads are validated before being moved into trusted private storage. Secure Quote and Order links use separate access credentials; a visible project reference does not grant access. Please do not forward a secure customer link unless you intend to give that person access to the information it contains.
Service providers
We use Supabase for application data and file storage, Vercel for website hosting, and Resend for transactional email. Square and its bank-verification partners process card or bank payment information; 7th Plane Clothing does not store raw card numbers, security codes, bank-login credentials, or raw bank-account credentials. We may also share the project information needed by apparel suppliers, printing or production partners, and shipping providers to prepare and fulfill your Order.
Cookies and similar technology
The site may use essential browser storage or session technology needed for security and authenticated internal operations. The current site does not use optional advertising cookies or customer-facing analytics trackers. If that changes, this notice and any required choices will be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention and protection
We retain business records, Quote revisions, approvals, Orders, payment status, and project history as reasonably needed to provide services, preserve accurate records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and private storage boundaries designed for the sensitivity of the information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose what optional information to include in a Quote Request. To ask about information connected to your project, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact us through the Contact page. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction history, or legal and business recordkeeping.
